본 약관은 Stampa 서비스의 이용 조건과 이용자·회사의 권리·의무를 정합니다. 서비스를 이용함으로써 이용자는 본 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
Stampa는 인증 카메라, 보고서 작성, 발급물 검증을 제공하는 서비스입니다. 본 약관에서 용어의 뜻은 다음과 같습니다.
현재 서비스는 얼리버드 기간으로 전액 무료로 제공되며, 앱 내 유료 결제는 아직 제공되지 않습니다. 회사는 서비스의 내용·구성을 개선하기 위해 변경할 수 있으며, 이용자에게 영향을 주는 중요한 변경은 앱과 본 페이지를 통해 사전 고지합니다.
Stampa로 발급된 인증 사진·정본 PDF와 그 검증 QR·발급번호는, 발급자의 구독 상태와 무관하게 검증 서비스가 제공되는 동안 계속 검증됩니다. 이미 전달된 문서의 신뢰는 발급자의 구독 해지 후에도 유지됩니다. 검증 서비스가 종료되는 경우 최소 30일 전에 앱과 웹페이지를 통해 고지합니다.
유료 기능이 도입되는 경우, 앱 내 결제(App Store·Google Play)의 구매 영수증은 각 스토어가 발행하며, 이는 「부가가치세법」상 세금계산서가 아닙니다. 도입 시점과 발행 절차는 앱과 본 페이지를 통해 별도 고지합니다.
이용자가 촬영한 사진·영상과 작성한 보고서는 이용자에게 귀속됩니다. 회사는 원본 미디어를 서버에 보관하지 않으며, 위·변조 검증에 필요한 검증 레코드(발급번호·해시·촬영 메타데이터)만 보관합니다.
Stampa의 검증은 파일이 촬영 원본과 동일한지에 대한 기술적 확인(참고용)이며, 기록의 무결성을 확인할 뿐 그 내용의 사실성이나 법적 효력·증거능력을 보증하지 않습니다. 인증 기록은 보조 자료로서, 그 자체로 법정 증거성·의료·보험 판단을 보장하지 않습니다.
회사는 필요한 경우 본 약관을 개정할 수 있으며, 이용자에게 불리한 변경은 시행 최소 30일 전에 앱과 본 페이지를 통해 고지합니다. 고지된 시행일 이후 서비스를 계속 이용하면 변경된 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
본 약관은 대한민국법에 따라 규율·해석되며, 2026-07-15 부터 시행합니다.
Stampa (the "Service") · Effective 2026-07-15
These Terms govern your use of the Stampa service and set out the rights and obligations of users and the company. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Stampa is a service that provides an authentication camera, report creation, and verification of issued items. Terms used here mean the following.
The Service is currently offered free of charge during an early-bird period, and in-app paid purchases are not yet available. The company may change the Service to improve it, and material changes affecting users will be announced in advance via the app and this page.
Authenticated photos and issued PDF documents created with Stampa — together with their verification QR codes and issue numbers — remain verifiable for as long as the verification service is provided, regardless of the issuer's subscription status. The trust of documents already delivered is preserved even after the issuer cancels. If the verification service is discontinued, we will give at least 30 days' advance notice via the app and this page.
If paid features are introduced, purchase receipts for in-app purchases (App Store, Google Play) will be issued by each store and are not tax invoices under Korean VAT law. The timing and issuance process will be announced separately via the app and this page.
Photos and videos you capture and reports you create belong to you. The company does not store original media on its servers and retains only the verification records (issue number, hash, capture metadata) needed for tamper checks.
Verification by Stampa is a technical, informational check that the file matches the captured original; it confirms the integrity of the record only and does not warrant the truthfulness of its content or any legal effect or evidentiary force. Verification records are supplementary and do not by themselves guarantee admissibility as legal evidence or any medical or insurance determination.
The company may revise these Terms when necessary, and changes unfavorable to users will be announced at least 30 days before they take effect, via the app and this page. Continuing to use the Service after the stated effective date is deemed acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the Republic of Korea and are effective as of 2026-07-15.
